Play a key role in keeping operations moving and supporting efficient, reliable delivery across the region.
We’re seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage the coordination of truck movements from treatment plants to application sites across regional Queensland.
This is a hands-on role responsible for scheduling deliveries, managing drivers, overseeing biosolids collections, and ensuring safe and efficient transport operations, with the ability to step in as a relief driver when required.
The role can be based in South East QLD, with flexibility to work from home while maintaining close coordination with operational sites and depots.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate daily truck movements from STPs to application sites
Schedule and optimise delivery routes and truck utilisation
Manage and communicate directly with drivers (including subcontractors)
Monitor production and manage bin levels at STPs
Coordinate collection to ensure continuous removal and avoid overflows
Ensure safe loading, transport, and delivery operations
Work closely with Field Supervisors to support smooth delivery
Maintain delivery records, waybills, and logistics data
Provide relief driving support as required to maintain continuity of operations
About you
Experience in logistics, transport, waste, or agricultural operations
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Practical understanding of truck operations and site constraints
Current HC truck licence with experience operating truck-and-dog combinations
Willingness and ability to step in as a relief driver when required
Strong communication skills and ability to manage drivers
Solid understanding of WHS requirements in transport operations
Able to respond to changing conditions and solve problems on the go
Willingness to work flexible hours to support operations

We’re seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor who enjoys practical, on-the-ground work and takes pride in running safe, well-organised sites. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across regional locations, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
You’ll be the key point of contact on site—working closely with truck drivers, contractors and landholders to keep operations running smoothly. From setting up new sites through to managing daily activities, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining productivity, site conditions, and clear communication across all parties.
The role involves regular travel and working across multiple properties, with a strong focus on practical problem-solving, site coordination, and maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.
Key responsibilities
Supervise deliveries and unloading activities on site, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations
Coordinate truck movements, site access and traffic flow to maintain productivity and minimise disruption
Set up new application sites, including access, layout, workflow and site readiness for operations
Operate and maintain pumps, washdown systems and other site equipment to support daily activities
Manage site conditions including fly control, housekeeping and general presentation of the site
Liaise with drivers, contractors and landholders to ensure clear communication and smooth site operations
Maintain accurate site records, delivery logs and daily reporting to support operational tracking and compliance
Support site setup, mobilisation and demobilisation across multiple regional locations as required
About you
Practical and hands-on, with the ability to manage day-to-day site activities and solve problems as they arise
Mechanically minded, with experience operating or working around pumps, hoses, and similiar equipment
Background in agriculture, transport, or similar field-based operations
Confident coordinating people on site, including drivers, contractors and landholders
Strong focus on safety, doing the job properly, and maintaining high site standards
Able to work independently, take ownership, and stay organised across multiple sites
Good communicator, with a practical and respectful approach
Current driver’s licence (MR preferred) and willingness to travel and work away as required

We’re seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to work across both landholder engagement and community-facing activities, supporting ongoing operations as well as key regional projects and emerging initiatives.
This role is a mix of on-farm engagement and working with local stakeholders and community members—building relationships, supporting communication, and helping ensure sites and projects are well understood and delivered in a practical way.
The role will be based locally, with a regular presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with landholders to identify and secure suitable properties for ongoing operations
Meet on-farm to assess paddock suitability and talk through practical options with landholders
Support early conversations with neighbours and help ensure clear understanding of activities and outcomes
Build strong relationships with agronomists, rural advisors, and local networks to support land access opportunities
Work with community members to understand concerns and support land access opportunities
Coordinate with technical consultants to support site assessments and approvals
Assist with site planning, including initial property reviews and paddock suitability checks
Lead and support stakeholder engagement for key regional projects, including new and developing initiatives.
About You
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with both farmers and local communities
Experience in stakeholder or community engagement (highly regarded)
Background in agriculture or rural operations preferred
Relevant qualification in agriculture, environmental science or a related field (desirable but not essential)
Practical mindset with good judgement
Able to manage conversations and issues in a calm, respectful way
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to travel across regional areas
Existing network within the local agricultural community highly regarded
